Water Clock
Dimensions: Variable dimension
Medium: Mixed media installation
Water Clock is an instrument that explores the subject of time. The installation consists of a mechanic clock, its pendulum creates a visible trace as it touches the water surface every second. A moving reflection created by the mirror placed in the water is then projected onto the wall. The mechanism creates subtle wave movements that show the running of time. Every second is transformed into an ephemeral print. At the same time, dust accumulates and floats on the water surface, and the evaporation of water occurred during the exhibition left behind watermarks that show the decline of water level.
